I was planning on smoking something this weekend but my plans got all screwed up so I opted for some grilled ribeyes instead. I used wolfe bold on one side and some bone suckin rub on the other, the mix was rather good. I also grilled up some sweet potatoes and poured melted butter with brown sugar on them (thanks for the idea Surfinsapo) and man were they tasty. Rounded out the meal with a nice green salad and a few cold beers, couldn’t have asked for a better Fathers day.
