Had the Inlaw's and our son and his family in from Houston this weekend. Made of some Abt's(note no finished pics. They ate them as soon as I took them off the grill) and some stuffed pork chops and made up some stuffed potatoes and a green salad to go along with it. Got to say the pork chops turned out great. Grilled them around 40 minutes and they were very juicey and tender. Stuffed the abt's with cream cheese breakfeast sausage and wrapped in bacon.
