Veggies cooked on the Camp Chef stove. They consisted of onions which I over cooked, sweet peppers, green peppers, zucchini, and a shitaki mushroom.

Some skirt steaks. they and the veggies were seasoned with some low salt taco seasoning and Mrs. Dash Southwest Chiptle Seasoning

Skirt steaks sliced up

Plated. Two were steak fajitas and one was just veggies. All were topped with a little chipotle sour cream, and Cotija cheese. Also had refried beans on the side.

Looks great. Hope the folks from Robistown Over There..dont hear of folks sprinkling Taco Seaoning (low salt variety?) over good skirt steak. A person might need a high priced Abogado to prevent getting lynched on this deal. lol Naw..if it tastes good..pray over it and eat it. lol
