I just saw this sammich on a No Reservations when Tony was in Buffalo. I thought it looked awesome on the show... How can one go wrong with thinly sliced beef on a bun crusted with kosher salt and caraway seeds!

Thing is... yours looks better. I knew I had to try it before and now I might need it this weekend!
