it's electric and safe for all condo/apt codes. Kind of neat in that
it has a sear plate for the sear you want on your steaks,
plus a built in temp probe that lets you cook your food
perfectly. It's like the Bose of electric cookers.
It costs about 600 bucks, but I can let mine go for 375, only
used three or four times.
