Empanadas, Philly Cheeseteak Style

I guess that is what they are called. Started out sauteing some onion, sweet peppers and mushrooms in a CI skillet.

Grilled up some thinly cut steak that was marinated in some Worcestershire sauce and a tiny bit of Montreal Steak seasoning for about an hour.

Chopped up the steak and mixed it with the veggies. Rolled out some store bought pizza dough added the meat and veggies meat into the dough and added a piece of provolone cheese.

Rolled them up, and then put them on the grill to cook.

Served with a Caeser salad.

Since I'm from Chester originally, I should have a problem with this. I can't though. It's like a cheesesteak runza! looks great, I'd put some cheeswiz in it though!
