How much food are you talking about cooking, there are good electric cookers that will cook 30lbs and there are ones that cook 400lbs at a time.

If you're talking about small cooks, Cookshacks are good.

If you're talking about catering and comps then maybe and FEC100.

If you're talking about a restaurant, then there is a big varying line of FEC's and Southern Prides.

I've eaten cookshack's product and it is very smokey. What's more,
cookshack lets you TRULY set it and forget it.
