Easter Lamb & Wings

Did the two eight pound legs this past weekend. Had a hard time with space and stuff. Never again...next year I am doing the lamb on a spit. It was really good though. Just a paste of 2 garlic heads, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Greek oregano. I think they were on for 3 hours at about 350 or so. I don't have any pics of the sliced meat, but it was great...med/rare at the bone. Awesome with tzatziki sauce.

A week or so back I had made Wolfe Wings...and they were so damn good. Neighbors loved them. Great sweetness with the right amount of heat they said. None left... and I had requests to make more next time. Excellent =P~

Looks good Helen. I've only done lamb a couple of times and I love it.
I hope this isn't negative!

legs look very good. Looks like they are bone-in, can't seem to find them here. Everything is "boneless" and wrapped in those hairnet type things.
