Haven't posted in a while due to being on vacation but am back to the real world.

Got a new toy for my outdoor kitchen, a 3 burner Camp Chef stove at Costco. It even came with a square dutch oven. The top also turns into a grill pan.

Half a ham, prepped my usual way. Pinned some pineapple slices, then took the juice from the pineapple and mixed it with some brown sugar and Sprite. Then studded the ham all over with whole cloves.

Tried out the new stove by making some scalloped potatoes. The wind was too strong so I had to ditch the new stove trial run and finish the potatoes in the kitchen
