Ever since reading his 'burger night' post, I had to grill some burgers soon!!! I decided to do the same except with my own personal touch. I chopped onion and jalapeno and mixed it into the hamburger meat along with bacon chunks. Then included a healthy dose of Colby Monterrey cheese........all folded into the center. I used Montreal Steak rub to season the meat. YUMMMMMM............

This is what they looked like before the fold-over.

...and after:

Now they're ready for the fire tonight.......(waiting in the fridge)
YUMMMMM!!!

Dollar...thanks for the inspiration! :)

My only complaint is the bun was too small for the 1/2lb meat patty plus all the ingredients....

This is the result......

I LOVED IT!!...with all the peppers, onions, cheese, etc, etc........hahahaha....good eats :D

Those look delicious... and the burger should always be bigger than the bun! :)

OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH DAAAAAMMMMMMMMMM! Nice! Buckeye you should come over here and make one of those. hahaa! Looks killer. The guys are right, any burger that hangs off of the bun is a good looking burger. Especially when you are taking pictures.

Now dont brag on him too hard or the prices might go up if we call him over to do a burger cater or whutever.
