different twist on chicken

Wanted a little something different for chicken. So I made some chicken gyros with a spicy cilantro red pepper sauce. With a side of honey butter sweet potatoes.
Plated

On the grill

dang, never thought I'd find better lookin sweet taters than Larry's. I was wrong. Care to share the cilantro sauce recipe?

Most things I make I do not measure but I can tell ya what went in.
Tahini sauce, plain yogurt, fresh lemon juice, garlic, fresh cilantro, ground red pepper
