Deep Dish Pizza

My 2nd attempt, everybody agreed was better than my first attempt. Used pretty much the same ingredients as my first attempt. Mozzarella cheese, peperoni, sausage, mushrooms, jalapeno stuffed green olives, and pizza sauce.

Started out with and Antipasto salad. Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, kalamata olives, mild Giardiniera, and mozzarella cheese and rolled up then sliced some deli Genoa Salami, Provolone cheese, and peperoni. Made a dressing using some honey balsamic vinegar and basil Virgin olive oil.

Had some leftover pizza dough and made some garlic knots then melted some butter, added a little parm cheese, granulated garlic and tossed the knots into it. Pizza still need about 10 more minutes till its done.

Pizza is done and out of the CI pan

Leftovers, no plated pic, we just ate sort of animal style, when something hit the counter we all dug in!!

Looks good brother. Love that pizza. You should try a spring pan, you get alot more space with them. Lot more space, means alot not fillings.

Amazon.com: Nordic Ware Leakproof Springform Pan, 10 Cup, 9 Inch: Springform Cake Pans: Kitchen & Dining

Think you may like it better, I do.
