Lets make PIZZA!!!!!!!!!! Lets start with the sauce;
First off, start with what folks say are the best maters for the job,
Add basil, oregano, salt pepper, and evoo. Simmer, simmer, simmer,
Till it looks like this!!
While sauce cools and flavors get happy together start dough. Rising now

Ok, got my belly full.
second rise is done.
toppings ready,
before the cheese
into the fire
after 2 minutes. Yes, 2!!
4 minutes and she is done. The peperoni on top was crunchy as well. The sauce is great, the crust is great, the toppings great, and of course, a great cook
