Sliced some red taters and covered with Caroline's
Aussie rub....spritzed with oo (yes it was ev).
Baked at 425.
found some chili in the freezer and thawed it out.
made a dipping sauce for the taters with Miracle Whip (BOY), pickle
relish, lemon pepper..
dinner is served...now I'll make chili cheese fries with the leftovers
