Leftover crab cake on an English muffin, lettuce, tomato and a blend of sriracha and mayo 1:3 ratio, extremely good sauce!!!

Looks good, that sriracha mayo combo is used for spicy tuna and spicy salmon sushi rolls. Looks like you're rolling with a spicy crab!
 
Larry the crab cake looks great and the sriacha sauce and mayo is something I have to try. What is the green and red stuff?
 
Good stuff Larry. Doing that deal tonight. Damn crab out of a can, but I can live with that. Got some cheap English muffins too. Why use good muffins with cheap crab out of a can.

Looks awesome! I love mixing sriracha with mayo, it is hard to go wrong. I use that combo on chicken breast sandwiches as well and it turns out great. I will have to try it on crab cakes.
