Picked up a few packages last night of country style ribs. I had then maybe 10 years ago but didn't like them. I figured I was gonna do them in the rotis. Got it all set up on the kettle and the damn things kept wanting to fall out of the cradle. So I set them up indirect instead. Rubbed 1/2 with Fatz pig powder & 1/2 with KC Masterpiece BBQ seasoning. Let them go for 1 3/4 hours. Sauced them and put them direct for a couple of minutes.......DELICIOUS! Can't believe I did like these last time I did them. I think last time I did them direct and they came out very tough, this time, melt in your mouth!
