On the Rotisserie in a basket. Seasoned with some Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper and some added black pepper. Added a chuck of peach wood for smoke.

Plated with some boiled potatoes, sauteed okra and some Caesar Salad

I tried those a time or two. They taste a lot like chicken. Fine job.
