Been away all weekend and trying to catch up on all the great cooks that went on while I was gone. Wow! Some fantastic food being put up on this board the last few days. Love it! Great job everyone.

Tried using the Cornell recipe that we usually do on chicken on some pork steaks. Turned out great. We absolutely love Cornell.

Ready to go on. Not looking too appetizing yet because of the vinegar in the brine. Skillet potatoes and romaine hearts too.

After the first 15 minutes the steaks got the first baste and the potatoes went on.

30 minutes later the potatoes and pork are done. I foiled the steaks for the last 10 minutes...not sure if it did anything but they felt a little under done when I checked with 10 minutes to go. Hit the lettuce with some direct heat until lightly charred.
