Chicken thighs marinating in Cornell marinade for 28 hours. I only wanted to marinate it for 4 hours and cook it yesterday but something came up and I couldn't cook it. Cooked it over red oak wood using my Santa Maria pit, the ultimate chicken cooker IMO!!
