This morning I fired up the Durango and it was pretty frosty out..... I was able to get the heat up and keep it up... I did a Turkey Breast,a couple Slabs of Baby Backs and a Pork Loin...... All turned out Perfect!....

I am glad that I got the log lighter when I ordered it because I used it this morning early on with my Lump and Sticks to get the heat up...

After the metal was heated up I was able to take away the propane after using it only about 10 mins.

Had neighbors I never met come by and had them slobber'n.... I imagine it wont be the last time I see them.lol

A couple racks today after The Pork Loin and Turkeys were Done.

Looking mighty good. Those log lighters do come in handy. Be careful they can be dangerous.
