Here is a great Fajita recipe. Getting ready to make this again for Emma's 4th this coming weekend.

Citrus Tequila Fajita
3 Naval oranges, zested and juiced
2 Lemons, zested and juiced
3 Chili Peppers, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, crushed and chopped
2 thick slices Onion, chopped
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Tequila
1 Tablespoon Salt
Put all ingredients in a zip lock bag with the skirt steak and allow to marinate overnight. Grill over hot open grill for about 7 minutes on each side.
Serve on tortilla with refried beans, grilled vegetables, salsa and grated cheese.
