I seasoned two pork tenderloins with WRC and wrapped in saran wrap for a couple hours to marinade. I also sliced up a green tomato out of the garden and seasoned with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Grilled and served with a side of three been salad, great summer time meal!

That looks so good Big Guy, I need to order some citrus rub to give it a taste. Your origanal rub is a staple around here now :D
 
Man that looks great - meat perfectly cooked for me. Love fried green tomatoes, but never thought of grilling them - how were they. :?: :?:

Drain a little juice from the jar and add some vinegar!
 
I Love Pork Tenderloins too... Yours looks great.. They are still a bargain!!! :D
