Citrus Chops

I asked my wife to pick up some 1.5"-2" pork chops, which I was planning on half smoking with apple wood and then finish with a quick sear. Well she brought home a pack of quick fry bone in loin chops, so I made do with what I had and bit my bottom lip........

So I doused the chops with some Zesty Italian dressing and then gave a good dose of Wolfe Rub Citrus and did the same with an over ripe yellow squash out of the garden. The flavor from the chops was incredible and I couldn't chew enough of the bone! I'm embarrassed to say but I chewed on my daughters and my wifes leftover bones.

If we're going to be talking about men and women chewing on bones we should probably go to another room. Good looking chops Larry!!

These were last minute and I just wet them down with some Zesty Italian dressing and then a good coating of the citrus.

Great looking chops Larry.

They must have tasted great to only have those little bones left.

Nice grub! My wife pulled the same trick on the skinny chops tonight. Will put them to the grill tomorrow evening. Gonna soak in teriyaki tonight and then top with an orange glaze prior to grilling.
