Woke up to snow covering the kettle...it was gone by 10 when I fired up the kettle for a small chuck roast.

A little over 2 lbs, hit with WRB.

Finished in oven with some onion soup beer til it twisted nice

Threw on some steak fries, provelone, Rev Marvin's Hot, and horseradish mayo (heavy) on a lightly toasted Kaiser.

Hard to beat pulled WRB chuck with its great beefy flavor.

I'm on the road this week with work and spent Halloween in New Orleans. Halloween night coinciding with a Saints home game made for a strange night on Borboun St. These folks down here are seriously twisted.
