The Frozen Few trophy arrived. Thanks Griff! I wasn't expecting it to be so nice ! It's on my mantle now.

If I may ask, what does Bok Choy taste like, Scotty?
Kinda peppery like cabbage, the greens taste like...greens. The white part is kinda like celery without the stringy texture.
My favorite part is the greens when they get all crunchy on the grill.

Very impressive ScottyDaQ. I tried the Bok Choy awhile back and didn't separate them before putting them on the grill. What you did makes perfect sense. Duh, I don't know why I didn't think of that!
