Chuck eyes, asparagus and grilled romaine

Spotted some chuck eyes at the new grocery store nearby. Remembered seeing a post that ScottyDaQ did about a year ago about chuck eyes and wanted to give them a try. Seasoned with kosher salt, black pepper and Tone's steak dust. Cooked mine to medium rare using the reverse sear method. It had real nice flavor. I'll be doing those again. I don't think they carry them often though. I bought the only two they had and haven't seen them there since.
