Chuck Eyes

Did some chucks eyes on the Primo last night. Marinated for about an hour in Dales and Worcestershire, then grilled along with squash and some baked potatoes. CE's were on the thin side, but other than that a PDG meal.

Believe it or not, a Roofing Supply store. The roofers use lump to heat asphalt. $9 for a 20lb bag of Royal Oak

Try it whiteboy, they marinade well just like their cousin the rib eye.
