dood I love baked potatos....I should eat more actually, but it's
not like the steak gets gone before I dive into that thang!!
 
That's a great looking meal, but I'm not sure just what a chuck eye is - I'd appreciate a little enlightenment. Thanks
 
chuck EYE, not chuck steaks are a little hard to find,
but you find em. They are like poor man's rib eyes.
Maybe not quite as tender, but very juicy and
very flavorful. They are also forgiving as far as
overcooking as well...even a little overcooked they
are still juicy and good.

They are also halfpriced or even 1/3 the price of
ribeyes and strips.

Scotty and Larry know a lot about em. Use the search

you'll find plenty of threads and discussion on em.
