Chuck Eye Steak

A couple of Chuck Eye steaks warming up to room temperature. These things are $6.99 a pound and Iím hard pressed to tell the difference between them and a Rib Eye. Along with one of my modified Caesar salads theyíll due for Sunday dinner.

Good looking grub John. That close up of the steak is making me real hungry.
