Chops & flap meat

Grilled some pork loin chops over the weekend. Also have some shots of some flap meat I got on special and grilled up for tacos. Sorry, no plated pictures of the tacos. They went to quick.

Chops on grill with Hoochie Mama rub and then some coarse cracked pepper added after searing.
