Choice Bone In Ribeye - $7.99/lb

Coming up to room temperature rubbed with olive oil, kosher salt, and course ground black pepper.



Joined by a couple of pieces of salt pork on the grill.



Resting for a few minutes to let the juices settle. Enough there for my wife and I with a little left over.
