Almost-Famous Corn Salsa


Seasoned chicken ready to go on.

On, indirect for about 1.5 hours as close to 400* as I could get (got a late start and had some yo-yo issues while rushing things)

Off and resting/cooling to shred while we made the salsa.

Salsa grilled ingredients charring up.

Buffet...
