Got some chicken thighs on the grill right now. I'm using the technique I found on Stogie's site. With Chef Paul's chicken rub (minus sage). And the sauce is another Stogie idea: Sweet Baby Ray's original + pineapple juice.

This was some of the best chicken thighs I've ever made. I dont know if it was the salad dressing or cooking them part of the way in bbq sauce...but the meat was very flavorful throughout and not just near the surface. I'll definetly do it this way again. Thanks for the tip Stogie.
