Another cook on the Santa Maria Pit. Seasoned the thighs with Lawry's, black pepper, granulated garlic, white sugar and paprika. Used red oak and almond wood for fuel.

Warmed up some pizza sauce, and added a slice of Provolone to a bun and toasted on the grill
Topped the sausage with some Italian style Muffuletta olive spread and a side of blue box mac and cheese.
