I made these earlier in the week and finally got around to uploading the pics.
I marinated whole BS chicken breasts that I cut in half in Zesty Italian dressing along with cumin, chili powder, fresh cracked pepper, salt and more garlic. I've been using the Zesty dressing by itself for years as a quick but good marinade. Lately I've been using it as a base and giving it different twists and love it!
I also made some fresh pico de gallo. Served with a little sour cream on flour tortillas. Only thing missing was guacamole...
