Chicken Spinach Alfredo Calzones

First did up some "Fried" Mushrooms. Made a dipping sauce using some Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce and Ranch dressing. Also grilled up a couple of BSCB's for the calzones.

Made an Alfredo sauce and added a package of frozen chopped spinach that was drained

Used a store bought herb and garlic pizza dough. First sprinkled some Mad Hunky Pizza Shake and added the spinach/sauce and some of the grilled chicken that was chopped up.

Added some Mozzarella cheese and closed them up.

Brushed some Canola Oil on top and added more Pizza Shake then on the grill indirect

Calones resting

Plated and cut open
