Made these with the least amount of salt and fat that I could think of.

Used lower sodium ham and Laughing Cow low fat cheese spread, Costco No salt seasoning and BSCB that were pounded down.

Added a wedge of the Laughing Cow and then put a layer of the Costco seasoning

Added a layer of ham, (forgot to take pic) and rolled up the chicken and placed a couple o tooth pick in the seam to hold them together.

Added Costco seasoning to the outside of the chicken, rolled them in flour, then egg and then a mixture of flour, plain bread crumbs and more Costco no salt seasoning

Cooked them indirect to and internal temp of 165*

What they looked like inside. Overall I was pleased, my Wife said they could use a little salt. I thought they had a lot of flavor considering I used low fat ingredients and no salt. Thanks for lookin'!

Looks good V, a healthier take on chicken cordon bleu. I like melty cheese, how much cheese was there after yours finished cooking?
