Found a recipe for some Garlic knots and had to give it a try. Rolled out some pizza dough and cut it into strips. Then stretched the strips out a bit and tied them in a knot and placed them on the grill.

Pulled them off after about 20 minutes.

Tossed them in a large bowl of garlic, butter, oregano, Slap ya Mama, and some Parmesean Cheese. Great stuff!!

Looks like a tasty meal! I am curious to see more pics of your wok set up. I have done some cooking with a wok, but it has been limited to over a gas range.

Okay John, first I gotta do the garlic knots, they look great. But you have to share that wonderful looking chicken recipe! The whole pieces of garlic definitely caught my eye!

Me three. A local pizza joint does similar looking garlic knots, but I doubt they taste anywhere near as good as yours sound.

The chicken is a BBQ Pit Boys Chicken Pot Barbecue Recipe.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CJvejopv20

Recipe:
6lbs.Chicken Thighs (or bone in chicken breast)
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
11/2 Cups Soy Sauce
11/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Onion
4-5 Dried Bay Leaves
6-8 Garlic Cloves
1T Black Pepper or Rub
1/2 Dozen Eggs (optional)
Place the chicken in a large soup pot with the listed ingredients and then slow simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the chicken and then quickly sear both sides on the grill as shown. Return the chicken to the pot and simmer for an additional 20-30 minutes. Serve directly out of the pot or on rice.

Here is a couple of pics of my wok setup. I got the burner at a local swap meet and the round bottom carbon steel wok I believe is 16" and I got it at http://www.wokshop.com/HTML/products/wo ... ndles.html
