Chicken on the Kettle

Decided to give the wsm a break and fire up the kettle. I marinated the quarters in Stubbs chicken marinate. I really could not taste it once it was all on the plate. I think the roadside recipe or Chiavetta's marinade is much more better.

It is still cooking but going well. I am doing it the hard way with a colander but there is a lot of love in that pot.
