Real simple dinner tonight.
Chicken thighs seasoned with some Chef Merito seasoning and cooked to 150*F with a chunk of hickory for smoke.
Store bought mole sauce. Added a little water to cut it a bit so I could finish cooking the chicken and let the sauce simmer a bit to thicken up.
Chicken left on the grill done.
My plate, white rice, pinto beans, chicken and topped with the mole sauce. Real simple and really good!!
