Bone in chicken breasts seasoned with some Fajita Seasoning. I cooked them till 150 internal temp and then pulled.
While the chicken was cooking I softened up some onions peppers and warmed up some canned black beans.
Added some taco seasoning and mashed the beans with a potato masher.
Cut up two pieces of the breast, placed it in with the peppers and onions and finished cooking them in a CI skillet on the grill.
Warmed up some pitas and melted a slice of provolone, forgot to take a pic and, added the chicken and peppers
Took a bite and added a roasted jalapeno. THANKS for looking!!
