Got some premarinated Chicken breasts & Beef for fajitas from HEB Plus Grocery Store and semil bbq-grilled them for taco meat. Topped with "pico de gallo" and Colby-Jack cheese on top of a flour tortilla.. Let me tell you these were really good taocs. Tasted just like the ones from Mexico, except flour tortilla instead of corn.

JB, I'll have to get some more and get back to you..It looks kind of like flank.. I like the regular outer or inner steaks , but this is great if you are in a hurry...
