Nothing exciting, just wanted to cook on my new purchase and wanted try a couple of different injection recipes.

Picked up a new WSM over the weekend at a great price

Made a couple of injections using butter and some Slap ya Mama and another using butter and herb blend seasoning. Also took some pats of butter and pressed some seasoning into them and placed them under the skin. Pic of the Slap ya Mama. forgot to take a pic of the herb one

Chickens on the WSM. A couple of chimney fulls of charcoal, a chunk of apple, cherry, hickory and vents wide open.

What the ????? If that sticker didn't say WSM Ida thougt you took the one off the George Froman Grill and put it on top of the original. They got any more at that price.

Excellent price! I "babysat" a 22" Performer on the shelf at Home Depot for over 1.5 years until the price was down to less than a third.

Chickens look awesome!
