Checked out the Weber one touch today at lowes

Stopped at lowes and they had the weber one touch silver, the 22.5". Man thats a pretty big grill. I guess I imagined 22.5" being smaller. I like the large surface area. It does seem a little short though Maybe Im use to using my old gas grill. It seems like you would have to hunch over to do your flipping, basting, etc... Is there a way to raise these bad boys? Or mods?

If I get one it will be the Gold.

It's a the perfect chair hight....but if you want to raise it...I would look at the electrical conduit..seems like it is the right size for the legs..
 
Course it depends on what you're cooking, but most of the meals I do one the 22.5 OTG, the lid is on SON! I may take it off during the last few to make a sear, but once you learn it... there's only a couple time that you have to open the lid. ...Turnin/flippin's...maybe saucin... all I can think of.
