Cedar Plank Salmon

So I found a recipie in the seafood section for Captians Salmon and tweeked it a bit as my wife has a gluten alergy and vidalias are in season. Was outstanding if I do say so myself

Vidalia Balsamic Marmalade

Simple hobo style sliced Yukons

Fillets on the plank

Dijon

Marmalade

on the grill

all put together with creamed spinich below and beurre blanc on top

Good Stuff

Brown Sugar Rice pudding with Golden Raisins for desert
