Cashew Pork with Snow Peas and Ginger

Got this one from the latest Cook's Country.


Decided to try out the wok on the grill instead of following the recipe and using a skillet on the stove :D . Here's my set up.

Ingredients.

Flippin' & floppin' the pork.

Next, the snow peas.

Added the garlic, ginger and liquids.

Pork back in and reheating.

Nice Don. I like your set-up for the wok. Going to try this one myself. Do you want to supply the recipe? Cooks want's credit card info for their free trial. Don't like giving that info out.
 
Thanks everyone! I appreciate it. Really easy and a lot of fun. We got that wok as a wedding gift 10 years ago...used it maybe 5 times since then. We'll probably use it more now.

Looking like a pro there. Nice meal!!
I just recently picked up a neat grill from Home Depot called the STOK Tower. It has a center removeable grat that has accessories for specific uses and one is a wok(flat bottomed). Pretty cool grill. I'll have to post something about it in another thread.
