Got this one from the latest Cook's Country.
Decided to try out the wok on the grill instead of following the recipe and using a skillet on the stove . Here's my set up.
Ingredients.
Flippin' & floppin' the pork.
Next, the snow peas.
Added the garlic, ginger and liquids.
Pork back in and reheating.
Off, garnished with the toasted, chopped cashews.
Plated.
Really, really good...and an incredibly fun cook!
