Made a San Diego original for dinner tonight, Carne Asada Fries.
Grilled up a couple of pounds of Kennedy's Orange Karne Asada
Frying up some fries in my deep fryer I got for Fathers Day
Added the fries to a plate, added the carne asada that was chopped up really fine, added some Mexican blend cheese and on the grill just long enough to melt the cheese
Topped with guacamole, sour cream, queso fresco, Tapatio hot sauce and a pickled jalapeno.
