Carne Asada

My Wife stumbled upon a new to us Mexican Market. They have this package deal where you get 16lbs marinated carne asada cut the way you like it, a lb of longaniza, 2 lbs pepper jack cheese, 2-3 liters of Mexican soda, 10 lbs mesquite charcoal, paper plates, napkins and styrofoam cups for $59.00. Seemed like a good deal to me so I bit.

Grilled some of the carne asada tonight

Re: Carne Asada

Looks like you're set with Carne Asada for awhile Vermin. Not sure what longaniza is . . . just Googled it, it's a sausage similar to chorizo. Great score.
