Cappy's Caps

[Captain Morgan]

stuffed mushroom caps that is...was playing around with
this over the weekend..

these were stuffed with crab, some had some queso cheese,
some had a creamy crab dip, some of the shrooms were
marinaded in a bal vin/evoo mix. Overall good, but nothing
spectacular.

Brian, what was the marinade?


The cream of crab sauce included roasted jalapeno peppers. It was
good, also had sherry in it, so a little sweet, but wasn't the "wow"
I was looking for.
