Tonights dinner was an impromtu event; I have been re-doing my garage these past few days (new cabinets, etc) and it's been a little warm (about 85*). So after working all day on the garage; the boys and I went shopping for dinner and burgers were our choice (with Bush's Bourban Beans).

I mixed the beef (80/20) with some chili powder, dry mustard, dry basil,, black pepper, granulated garlic and some mayo (for the binder). When they were almost done I put some Cotto Salami, Black Forest Ham and some Colby-Jack Cheese) on them.

We had some fresh Potato Buns, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini and a few other condiments.

I know it's not a "Purist's Burger" but "Man they tasted great!!!" :D

Man. There's a lot going on between those buns...love all of it!

Never thought of mixing in some mayo to the burger mix. I LOVE mayo. Great idea! Gonna do that next time!
